THE RESTORED METHOD

Privacy Policy

Website, Application, Coaching & Marketing Data

Effective Date: August 29, 2026

1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how Samantha Luther, operating as The RESTORED Method (“RESTORED,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit therestoremethod.co, apply for or purchase a program, communicate with us, or participate in our Services.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of our Services, and information collected automatically through our website and service providers.

3. Information You Provide Directly

Depending on how you interact with us, this may include your name, email address, telephone number, account information, program enrollment information, communications, scheduling information, survey or questionnaire responses, and information you voluntarily provide in a Discovery Call Application or coaching context.

Because RESTORED is a burnout-recovery coaching program, information you voluntarily provide may include sensitive or personal details concerning health and wellness, energy, stress, work, relationships, routines, personal circumstances, goals, or similar topics. Please provide only information you are comfortable sharing and that is reasonably relevant to the requested service.

Payment-card information is processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. RESTORED does not intend to directly store complete payment-card numbers.

4. Information Collected Automatically

When you use our Site, we and service providers may automatically collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, pages viewed, referring and exit pages, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, interactions with pages or emails, and cookie or similar technology identifiers.

5. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Technologies

We may use cookies, pixels, tags, software development kits, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, understand traffic and engagement, measure marketing performance, prevent fraud, and support advertising.

Depending on our active marketing setup, these technologies may include tools supplied by website/platform providers, analytics providers, and advertising platforms such as Meta or Google. These providers may receive device, browser, interaction, or conversion information subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide legally required choices or consent mechanisms for non-essential cookies or targeted advertising. You may also be able to manage cookies through your browser or device settings. Blocking certain technologies may affect Site functionality.

6. How We Use Information

We may use personal information to evaluate applications; respond to inquiries; provide and personalize Services; administer accounts and program access; schedule coaching; process and reconcile payments; provide customer support; communicate about enrollment and program matters; send requested or consented marketing communications; analyze and improve our Site, programs, and marketing; protect participants and our business; prevent misuse or fraud; maintain records; enforce agreements; and comply with legal obligations.

7. Marketing Communications

We may send marketing emails when permitted by law and consistent with the choices you make. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages. We may still send non-promotional communications that are necessary to administer an application, purchase, account, or program.

If RESTORED uses SMS/text-message marketing, any required consent, frequency, carrier-rate disclosures, and opt-out instructions should be presented at the point of collection. Consent to marketing texts will not be treated as a condition of purchase where prohibited by law.

8. How We Disclose Information

We do not disclose personal information indiscriminately. We may disclose information to service providers and processors that help operate the business, such as Kajabi for website/course/customer-management functions, Stripe for payment processing, Calendly for scheduling, email or communications providers, video-conferencing providers, analytics or advertising providers, professional advisers, and other vendors reasonably necessary to provide the Services.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process; protect rights, safety, or property; investigate fraud or misuse; enforce agreements; or complete a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.

We do not state that every transfer to an advertising or analytics provider is legally outside the definitions of “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” used by every U.S. state privacy law. Where an applicable law gives you a right to opt out of such activity, we will honor that right as required.

9. Sensitive Information and Coaching Information

Information shared in an application, email, individual coaching interaction, or group setting may be highly personal. RESTORED uses such information to evaluate fit, prepare for and provide coaching, communicate with you, administer the program, protect safety and legal rights, and improve the Services as reasonably appropriate.

RESTORED is a coaching business and is not representing that its systems are a HIPAA-covered medical-record system. Do not use RESTORED communications as a substitute for a healthcare provider’s secure patient portal or emergency service. We ask participants to respect one another’s privacy, but we cannot guarantee the conduct of other participants in group settings.

10. Session Recordings

Certain group or educational sessions may be recorded when disclosed for replay, accessibility, quality, or educational purposes. Recording practices may vary by session. RESTORED will not rely on this Privacy Policy alone as an unlimited public promotional release for an identifiable participant’s image, voice, testimonial, or personal story; separate permission may be obtained where appropriate.

11. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including providing Services, maintaining business and transaction records, complying with tax or legal obligations, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and enforcing agreements. Retention periods may differ by category of information. When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of it, subject to legal and operational requirements.

12. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no website, email system, cloud platform, or method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and promptly notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.

13. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to verification and applicable exceptions. Depending on where you reside and whether an applicable privacy law covers RESTORED, you may have additional rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, limitation of certain uses of sensitive information, or opting out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing as those terms are defined by applicable law.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. Authorized-agent requests will be handled where required by law and may require proof of authority.

14. Third-Party Sites and Services

Our Site and Services may link to or integrate with third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices and terms, not this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the privacy information of services you choose to use.

15. Children’s Privacy

The Site and Services are intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children through the program. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child in circumstances requiring deletion, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

16. U.S.-Based Operations and Data Processing

RESTORED operates in the United States. Service providers may process or store information in the United States or other jurisdictions. Privacy and data-protection laws may differ across jurisdictions.

17. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, Services, or legal requirements. The revised policy will display an updated Effective Date. When required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes.
